We built it for restaurant owners and operators, from independents to multi-location chains, who lose orders every time a call goes unanswered during a rush.
The challenge
During peak service, restaurants can't answer every call — and every missed call is a missed order that often goes straight to a competitor.
What we built
We built an AI phone agent that takes complex food orders and syncs them to the POS, books reservations with SMS confirmations, answers common questions, and runs SMS marketing — all configurable to each restaurant's voice and rules.
